Thank you for choosing Usmania Online for your Islamic educational journey. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To address these situations, we have set forth the following fee refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our students.
General Policy
Our refund policy is applicable after the period of trial classes has concluded. Students who wish to request a refund must adhere to the conditions outlined below:
Case 1: Post-Trial Classes
Refund requests can only be made after completing the trial classes. If you’ve taken any paid class following the trial period, you are not eligible for a refund.
Case 2: Class Scheduling
If Usmania Online is unable to provide classes as per your scheduled time, you may opt for either a fee refund or rescheduling of your classes.
Case 3: Ineligibility After One Class
If you participate in a single class after the trial classes, you will forfeit your eligibility to request a refund.
Case 4: Holding Classes
If you choose to hold classes for any reason, the corresponding amount will be transferred to your next month’s class fees, rather than being refunded.
Case 5: Excessive Refund Costs
In cases where the refund processing cost exceeds the fee you’ve paid, Usmania Online reserves the right to deny the refund.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to learn@usmaniaonline.com explaining the reason for your request. Once we receive your request, it will be evaluated based on the criteria listed above. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
